In fact, the first three games will be played at Parker Field as the junior Mohawks will be playing five of their eight games at home this year.
Again, the season opener will be a non-conference game against Corning Sept. 10 and the following Thursday, Sept. 17 the Tribe will host the Cave City Cavemen. This should mark the final meeting between those two teams, as the Cavemen are slated to move up to 4A next year.
Thursday, Sept. 24 the Mohawks will host the junior Bulldogs from Earle and the following week; Thursday, Oct. 1 they'll visit the Harrisburg Hornets in the first road game of the year. The short road stint continues the next week, and on Thursday, Oct. 8 the junior team will travel to Hoxie to take on the Mustangs.
The team returns to the friendly confines of Parker Field on Thursday, Oct. 15 as they play host to the Rivercrest Colts, and the final home game of the year will be Thursday, Oct. 22 as the Manila Lions come to town for a conference game.
The junior Tribe will close out their season on the road on Thursday, Oct. 29 as they visit the Corning Bobcats for a re-match and a game that will count in the conference standings.
