Jessie Scheffler of Piggott was crowned Miss McDougal 2009 at their annual picnic Saturday. Scheffler is the 13 year old daughter of Sandy and Bradley Scheffler. First alternate was Alexandria Gray George of Corning (second from left), second alternate was Rachel Michele Oxner of Corning (far left) third alternate was Chelsey Kilbreath of Corning (second from right) and fourth alternate was Rachel Lampkin of Rector (far right).
