Shelton works with the Arkansas Department of Human Services as an investigator with the child protective services. He will be discussing the urgent need for foster homes in Clay County and answer any questions regarding becoming foster parents.
Amy Harris is the director of the LOVED Project (Living Our Values Every Day) that promotes the traveling Heart Gallery. This is a display of photos of children available for adoption.
