Harry Conway Jr.

Harry Conway Jr., 74, of Rector passed from this life on Oct. 5, 2009, at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.

Harry was born Oct. 3, 1935, in Bono, Ark., to the late Harry and Mary (Campbell) Conway. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Eunice Chaplain.

He is survived by his wife, Debra (Mills) Conway; three sons, Stacey Conway of Arizona, Tracey Conway of Arizona and Scotty and Candy Mitchell of Rector; one daughter, Renee Knotz of Arizona; six grandchildren, Nikki Knotz, Lacie Mitchell, Bobbie Rumfallo, Courtney Conway, Stephen Conway and Dustin Smith; one brother, Larry Conway of Michigan, and four sisters, Betty Summers of Jonesboro, Louise Edwards of Blytheville, Sharon Pearce of Thayer, Mo., and Linda Smith of Thayer.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the Irby Funeral Home in Marmaduke with Brother Herb Starr officiating. Interment will be in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector.
