Patricia Susan "Patty" Settlemoir

Mrs. Settlemoir was born in Marmaduke, Arkansas, in 1925 to Dr. O.H. and Olinda Clopton. She attended Rector High School and Murray State College and married William Settlemoir of Kennett. They were married for 53 years until his death in 2003.

After moving to Tempe, Arizona, in 1959, Mrs. Settlemoir had a 20-year career as a high school biology teacher and was an active member of the Church of Christ.

She moved to Burbank, California, in 2001 and is survived by her son, Jim Settlemoir of Burbank, California; her brother, Dr. O.H. Clopton, Jr. of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and two grandchildren.
