Imonell Jenkins

She was born August 26, 1929, to the late Wimberley and Gladys

(Stallings) Lyles in Rector. She was a member of the Griffin Memorial United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Danny Jenkins; two brothers, Bill and Jimmy Lyles, and a sister, Francis Wade.

Imonell is survived by her husband, Chester Jenkins; a son and his wife, Alan and Terri Jenkins of Paragould; a grandson, Blake Jenkins of Paragould, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at the Irby Funeral Home in Rector with Reverend Michael Sutton officiating. Visitation began at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Interment was at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
