ROY O'NEIL JOHNSON

Roy O'Neil Johnson of Rector passed away Thursday, February 11, 2010, at the Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center. He was born December 15, 1941, to the late

Carl and Ruth (Farmer) Johnson in Brighton, Arkansas.

In addition to his parents, his wife Gerline preceded him in death.

Roy is survived by his children, William Johnson of Paragould, Sheila and James McMillin of Rector, Belinda and Jeremy Burns of Rector, Beverly Holmon and Phillip Findley of Marmaduke, Regina and Jo Jo Stidham of Rector; ten grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Johnson of Rector; three sisters, Mary Lou Young of Marmaduke, Iva Hynds of Rector and Shirley Stanfill of Rector, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, February 13, 2010, at 2 p.m. at the Irby Funeral Home in Rector with Jim Parrish officiating. Interment was at the Woodland Heights Cemetery. Visitation began Saturday at 10 a.m. in the chapel.
