Harry Lee Snyder

Harry Lee Snyder, 75, of Rector passed from this life on Monday, March 15, 2010, at the Evergreen Health Care Center.

He was born July 25, 1934, to the late John and Mary (Roofe) Snyder in

Clay County. Harry was a wonderful husband and loving Dad. He loved all of his family and friends and will be missed by all who had the joy of knowing him.

Besides his parents, a brother preceded Harry in death, James Henry

Snyder, as well as two sisters, Naomi Miller and Carlene Carr, and seven infant brothers and sisters.

Harry is survived by his devoted wife, Lola Irene (Hardin) Snyder; two

sons and spouses, Steven Jackson and Kristal of Rector and Jeffrey

Lee and Debbie Snyder of Lafe; two daughters and spouses, Becky

and Dickie Mount and Elizabeth and Lalo Mesa, all of Rector; seven

grandchildren, Justin Mount, Jade Mount, Matthew Jackson, Casey

Dennis, Cody Snyder, Cheyenne Snyder and Nicolas Mesa; two

great-grandchildren, Camden Mount and Teagan Mount; one brother,

Bobby Snyder of Washington, and two sisters, Febie Donmon of Michigan

and Betty Counts of Rogers, Ark.

Funeral services are Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at 11 a.m. with

Brother Kenny Burns officiating at the Irby Funeral Home Chapel in

Rector. Interment will be at the Mary's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation

was Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the chapel.
