The Mohawks added two more points on a safety in the second half, after a Mustang interception gave the Hoxie squad the ball deep in Piggott territory. But, the Tribe defensive squad rose to the occasion and recorded the safety, extending the lead to 18-0.

The final Mohawk touchdown came with a minute to play, and again the two point conversion was good setting the final score at 26-0.
