Three Rector boys, shown here from left: Landon Haywood, Trey Horton and Kameron Jones, took part in the Greene County Tech basketball camp in Paragould recently. Landon Haywood and Trey Horton received the Eagle Award for the fourth and fifth grades, respectively. Kameron Jones received awards for winning the fourth grade obstacle course and free throw contests. Pictured with the boys is an instructor for the camp, Skyler Bowlin, a GCT graduate who is now a professional basketball player in Horsen, Denmark. Bowlin learned the game under his father, Scott, a former coach at Clay County Central and GCT. Bowlin played college basketball at Missouri Southern before tenures in Australia and Germany. He will return to Denmark in August for his third season with the team.
