Vivian Mae Baugh
Mrs. Vivian Mae Baugh, 91, formerly of Redkey, Ind., passed away Friday
September 5, 2014, in the company of family members at IU Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Ind.
Vivian was born in Farmers, Ky. on September 5, 1923, the daughter of the late Charlie Everett and Maudie Lee (Ramey) Smith.
Vivian was a Homemaker, who enjoyed playing bingo, canning, spending
time with her family and grandchildren, and was known for her very positive outlook on life and patient spirit.
She was the widow of Everett Edward Baugh Sr. who she married on May 9, 1953.
Vivian is survived by two daughters, Martha A. wife of Jeff Friddle of Portland, Ind.; Linda M., wife of David A. Scott of Marmaduke, Ark. and one son, Everett E. Baugh Jr. and wife Beth of Alexandria, Ind.; nine grandchildren including local residents Tiffany wife of Tim Bryant, of Marmaduke, Ark. and Kristopher Lea wife Lisa, of Pottsville, Ark. along with 15 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, Vivian was also preceded by a brother, Charles E. Smith; two sisters, Elizabeth Wright and Ruby P. Shepherd; four grandchildren, including a special granddaughter April N. (Lea) Guy, and one great-grandchild.
Funeral Services were held at noon on Tuesday Sept. 9, 2014, at MJS Mortuaries Redkey Chapel, Redkey, Ind., with Pastor Marion Donathan officiating. Burial followed services at Hillcrest Cemetery Redkey, Ind.
Visitation was held prior to services at the funeral home
