Norma Dean Harmon, 83, of Piggott, Ark., passed away December 12, 2014, at the St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

She was born on November 18, 1931, to the late Paul and Mary Mae (Gossett) Ridgeway. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Grover Eugene Settlemoir; two granddaughters, Katelyn Leonowicz and Tammy Barker and two grandsons, Ryan Settlemoir and Daniel Harmon.

She is survived by her husband, Lonnie Harmon of Piggott, Ark.; one brother, Terry Ridgeway and wife Linda of Hazel Park, Mich.; two sons, Tim Settlemoir and wife Donna of Hazel Park, Mich. and Jon Settlemoir and wife Janice of Summerville, SC; three daughters, Laura Williams and husband Danny of Hazel Park, Mich., Eunice Vincent of Capac, Mich. and Joanna Besserman and husband Randy of Piggott, Ark.; two stepsons, Raymond Harmon and wife Karen of Evening Shade, Ark. and Teddy Harmon and wife Barbara of Pollard, Ark.; two stepdaughters, Jan Lovett and husband Wayne of Troy, Mo., and Carolyn Barker and husband Freddie of Rector, Ark.; twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Danny Self and Fred Barker officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Ark. Pallbearers are Danny Gossett, Darrell Gossett, Eldon Parrish, Danny Settlemoir, Tom Harmon and Don McNeeley. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Ark., is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Piggott, Ark.
