Frances Janalou (Webster) Binkley
Frances Janalou (Webster) Binkley, 79, of Jonesboro, Ark., formerly of Piggott, passed away February 5, 2015, at the Belle Meade Nursing Home in Paragould, Ark.
She was born on October 3, 1935, in Greenway, Ark., and was the daughter of the late Silas Lawrence and Helen Malone (Simpson) Webster.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two infant brothers.
Survivors include her husband, Lester Binkley of Jonesboro, Ark.; children, David Binkley and wife Lori of Milan, Mo., Tammy (Binkley) Boone and husband Jeff of Paragould, Ark., Michael Binkley and wife Shelia of Jonesboro, Ark., Amie (Binkley) Miller and husband Ron of Midland, Texas, Angie (Binkley) Mooneyham and husband Brent of Jonesboro, Ark.; a brother, Jerry Webster and wife Jane of Piggott, Ark.; grandchildren, Joel Binkley and wife Cassie of Belfast, Ireland, Tyler Binkley and wife Hannah of Springfield, Mo., Grant Binkley of Milan, Mo., Heather (Duckworth) Noel and husband Tim of Searcy, Ark., Matthew Duckworth and wife Kristin of Little Rock, Ark., Christina Lynn of Kansas City, Mo., Anna Boone Reed and husband Adam of Midland, Tex., Lauren Boone of Paragould, Ark., McKenzie Voiles and husband Chad of Jonesboro, Ark., Mitchell Binkley of Jonesboro, Ark., Cade, Cole, Kacy and Court Miller of Midland, Tex. and Noah and Rachel Helen Mooneyham of Jonesboro, Ark.; great grandchildren, Eli, Abbi and Evan Noel, Christopher, Boone and Webster Reed and Austin Voiles; three special nieces, Latraca Lowe, Christie Risinger and Holly Kirk; and sister-in-love, Deanna Dismukes and many other family and friends.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, at Calls Chapel General Baptist Church near Carryville, Ark., with Tim Noel officiating. Burial was in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Ark. Pallbearers are Michael Binkley, Ron Miller, Brent Mooneyham, Jeff Boone, Eddie Lowe, Steve Kirk and Tommy Risinger. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Ark., was in charge of the arrangements. Visitation was held beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday and continued until service time at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Grace Mission in Paragould, Ark.
