Larry Earl "Red" Creek
Larry Earl "Red" Creek, 76, of Rector, Ark., passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015, at the St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark.
He was born on January 25, 1939, in Paragould, Ark., and was the son of the late John T. and Alice (Reed) Creek Milburn.
He was united in marriage to Ruth Foster on June 12, 1982.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his three brothers, Clifford, Donald and Jack Creek.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Foster Creek of Rector; a son, David Earl Creek of Dallas, Tex.; a daughter, Tracy Renae Creek of Piggott; three grandchildren, Mark Blume, Derrek Blume and Matt Blume; one great-grandchild, Maximus Blume; a sister, Evelyn West of Pollard, Ark.; a brother, J.W. (Dub) Milburn and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, in the Hoggard and Sons Chapel with Kenny Burns officiating. Burial is in Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector. Pallbearers are Bud Holcomb, Mike Patterson, William Vangilder, Joe Spinks, Coy Mauldin and Bill Martin. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held beginning at 11 a.m. Tuesday, and continue until service time, at the funeral home.
