Lois Marie "Jackie" Wright, 91, of McDougal, Ark., passed away November 11, 2015, at her son's home in McDougal.

She was born on March 21, 1924, in Durham, Okla., and was the daughter of the late James Allen Duke and Martha Jane (Arthur) Duke.

She was united in marriage to Zane Grey Wright on Aug. 16, 1957, and to this union four children were born. She also had three children from her first marriage.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Zane Grey Wright on February 26, 2012; her parents, James Allen Duke on June 20, 1946 and Martha Jane (Arthur) Duke on January 30, 1939, as well as her siblings Elsie, Bill, Aaron, Oda, Rena, Preach, Bank and Ida Duke.

She attended church at True Light Missionary Baptist Church in McDougal, Ark., until she was no longer able and then members of the Church visited with her in her home and called to check on her periodically. Jackie loved the Lord and the members that she worshiped with. She enjoyed family gatherings and activities with all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Steven and Kevin Wright honor their mother by having her services on the day she gave birth to them on Nov. 14.

Survivors include her children, Leon Jones and Sonia of Salem, Ark., Pat Murphy of Las Vegas, Nev., Johnny Jones of Bakersfield, Calif., Debra Jones of Las Vegas, Nev., James Wright and wife Dena of Qulin, Mo., Steven Wright of McDougal and Kevin Wright and wife Kimberly of McDougal; her grandchildren, Ricky Jones, Carrie L. Jones, Tammy D. Winn, Kammy Poucel, Susie Baca, Tony Gibbs, Jennifer Jones, Michael Lack, Alshley Burns, Amanda Jones, Cliff Wright, Nicole Byrant, Brad Wright, Kyle Wright and Craig Wright; 24 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren along with numerous other family members and friends who loved her dearly. She will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, at Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home, in Piggott. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in the New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Ark., with Laverne Reed officiating. Pallbearers are Ricky Jones, Cliff Wright, Brad Wright, Craig Wright, Kyle Wright and Steven Burns. Honorary Pallbearers are Tony Gibbs, Michael Lack, Skylar Jones, Richie Baca and Luke Wade.

Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Ark., is in charge of the arrangements.
