Lady 'Hounds Still Unbeaten

The Marmaduke Lady Greyhounds rolled over three teams over the past week, leaving them 10-0 overall and 8- 0 in conference.

The Hounds beat Trumann 9-2 on the winners' home field.

Sammi Henry was on the mound. She gave up six hits and one unearned run while striking out three.

Offensively, Jordan Mays was 2 for 5 with two RBIs. Bailey Bridges was 3 for 4 and scored two runs. Natalie Shelton was 3 for 4 with one RBI. Rachel Martin was 2 for 4 with an RBI.

The Hounds travelled to Imboden on Friday, April 8, where they pummeled Sloan Hendrix 22-1.

Henry pitched a two-hitter with four strike outs.

Offensively, Mays was 2 for 4 with a double, a triple and two RBIs. Natalie Lentz was 2 for 4 with five RBIs. Henry was 3 for 4 with a homerun and two RBIs. Tabitha Hyten was 3 for 4 with a triple. Bailey Bridges was 3 for 4 with a homerun and five RBIs.

The Hounds traveled to Cross County Thursday, April 7, where they won a doubleheader against the T-Birds.

In the first game the Hounds won 15-0.

Henry pitched a no hitter with five strike outs.

Offensively, Mays was 3 for 3 with an RBI. Lentz was 3 for 3 with two RBIs. Brittany Banning was 2 for 2 with two RBIs. Bridges was 3 for 3. Shelton was 2 for 3 with a RBI.

In the second game Marmaduke won 12-0. Henry pitched a two-hitter game with five strike outs.

Offensively, Lentz was 2 for 3. Hyten was 1 for 2 with two RBIs and Banning was 3 for 3 with three RBIs.
