The Matilda and Karl Pfeiffer Museum and Educational Center hosted their 13th annual Native American Day on Saturday, Sept. 24. Organizers noted that despite hotter-than-average weather over 350 people visited the museum and took part in the activities.

Once again this year the members of Venture Crew #248 were in attendance and did Native American dances for the crowd, as pictured. They also offered several new crafts this year, which proved very popular with the younger visitors. The usual events were also held, including a display on knapping, artifact identification and PHS art students making "pinch pots" with the younger visitors.
