Tony Risinger, 61, of Piggott, Ark., passed away September 29, 2016, at the Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott.
He was born July 15, 1955, in Nimmons, Ark., and was the son of the late Virgil and Catherine Pauline (Hinchcliff) Risinger.
In 1974 he married Karen Dillard, and to this union a son, Michael, was born. In 1984 he was married to Donna Heritage and they had a daughter, Kindal.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Risinger of Piggott; his son, Michael Risinger of Ramondville, Mo. and his daughter, Kindal Risinger of the home. He's also survived by his grandchildren, Landen and Xanda; two brothers, Tim Risinger and wife Dianna of Piggott and Tommy Risinger and wife Christie of Piggott; six sisters, Dinah Potts and husband David of Piggott, Katy Chilcutt of Piggott, Linda Quinlan and husband Ron of Missouri, Nellie Garner of Illinois, Betty Broadway of Georgia, Gene Haddon and husband Don of Mountain Home, Ark. along with special mom, Margie White of Piggott and many other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are Landen Risinger, Chad Foulk, Baylor Burkman, Hayden Risinger, Douglas Garner and special pallbearer is daughter Kindal Risinger. Honorary pallbearers are Adam Risinger, David Garner and Jimmy Chilcutt.
A graveside service, conducted by Pastor Trent Grimes, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, in the Nimmons Cemetery, Nimmons, Ark. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home, of Piggott, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held beginning at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home, in Piggott.
