Carolyn Jane Webster
Carolyn Jane Webster, 72, died October 10, 2016, at home in Piggott, Ark., surrounded by her loving family.
Jane was born on November 14, 1944, in Piggott, to Carl Marcus and Lucille (McLeod) Binkley. She was the sister of Charles Ray (Maggie) Binkley of Tulsa, Okla., Wilma (Jack) Wilson of Murray, Ky., the late Mary Alma Binkley and Robert Daniel, who died as an infant.
Jane was married to Jerry Webster March 16, 1996. Jerry blessed Jane with three loving daughters. Latraca (Eddie) Lowe of Doniphan, Mo., Christie (Tommy) Risinger of Piggott and Holly (Steve) Kirk of Keiser, Ark.
Jane will be greatly missed by nine grandchildren--Chelsea (Paden) Cote, Jerrod (Stephanie) Lowe, Hayden, Adam and Sydney Risinger, and Hanna, Ethan, Will and Emma Kirk; four great grandchildren-Mason and Mia Lowe, Emmett and Aniston Cote; nine nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
Jane committed her life to the Lord as a teenager and spent her life working as a faithful servant. She worked diligently to contribute to the Lord's work in every way.
Jane's professional life was dedicated to education as a teacher and a public school Librarian in Illinois, Kentucky and Arkansas. Her passion for books and children showed throughout her life as a teacher, grandmother and aunt.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Hoggard Funeral Home in Piggott. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, in the Piggott Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, her family suggest contributions to Legacy Hospice in memory of Jane.
