In making the announcement, Knight noted, "we have always enjoyed a wonderful relationship with our Rector customers. Having an office in Rector will give us the opportunity to better serve them, as well as the opportunity to develop new relationships. This new location will be full-service, so the customer will not need to leave town to obtain loans, enjoy full-service banking or have questions answered."
Knight added the new location at Rector, "is part of our continued commitment and approach to providing outstanding service and convenience to Clay County."
The grand opening on March 21 will also bring with it a time of celebration, as the bank will be serving-up food and more throughout the day at the new Rector office, located at 400 South Main Street. The fare will include hamburgers, hot dogs, goodies and festive fun.
"We invite everyone to come early, and stay and visit awhile," Knight added. "We have so many wonderful Rector customers we want to get to know even better, and we'd like to meet everyone to talk about any and all of their banking needs."
"Piggott State Bank is traditional banking at its best," he concluded.
