Employees of Utility Services of Perry, Ga., are completing a major renovation of the City of Rector water tower. City superintendent Todd Watson said the painting project should be completed this week and the tower will be back in complete operation around the middle of October. Total cost of the project is $335,900. A new logo will appear on the water tower in blue paint.
