The Rector Cougar sixth grade peewee team ended their postseason run Saturday in Harrisburg, as they fell to the Rivercrest Colts in the second round of this year's playoff bracket. The Cougars end their campaign at 7-1, as they fell 40-8 in the semi-finals in the Super Bowl Bracket.

In the other semi it was undefeated Valley View over Wynne 20-2, setting up next week's final at Newport.

In the Cotton Bowl Bracket for the fifth grade teams, Rivercrest beat Osceola 8-0 and Valley View downed Wynne by the same final, as the Colts and Blazers will square-off in that final as well.

The fifth grade championship game is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, with the sixth grade championship game scheduled for noon, at Newport High School.
