Early registration continues until Sunday, April 15, for the 20th annual Piggott Heritage Car Show, set for May 18 to 20. Organizers of the popular annual show also report this year's t-shirts have arrived, and are now on sale.

Registration for the 20th annual show is $25 per vehicle until April 15, and will increase to $35 each after that date. Additional vehicles belonging to the same owner may also be added for $5 each, which enters the vehicle in judging and the cruise only. Once again this year, a Saturday only entry is available for just $20 per vehicle, which entitles the entrant to all judging and festivities on Saturday, with the exception of the evening meal.

Organizers noted the proceeds from this year's show will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation, along with a variety of other local organizations.

In keeping with tradition, the show will kick-off on Friday, May 18, with barbecue chicken wings and fellowship for entrants at the First National Bank pavilion on East Main Street. Afterward, entertainment will be featured at the Piggott Community Center.

The show will be going on throughout the day on Saturday, May 19, at Heritage Park on the west edge of Piggott. Late Saturday afternoon the participants will enjoy the evening meal, then line-up for the cruise to the downtown square for live entertainment.

The participants will be treated to a free breakfast from 7 to 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 20, at the Piggott Community Center. Afterward, there will be live gospel music, followed by the annual awards ceremony.

The awards for this year's show includes Best of Show for both vehicle and motorcycle; the People's Choice Award; Ladies Choice and the Top 10 vehicles. All of those winners will receive a denim jacket with the 2018 show logo embrodered on the back. The top five motorcycles will also be recognized and there will be many specialty awards. The first 200 registered will also receive a metal sign with the show art, and a dash plaque.

The commemorative t-shirts are now available, and are still just $10. They're currently on sale at Blue Sky Storehouse, the Piggott Diner and Piggott City Market.
