Across the state of Arkansas spring football practice was held in May, with squads working out and evaluating their talent for the fall campaign to come.

Spring football camp was conducted recently by Piggott Mohawk Head Coach Michael Harrell, along with assistant Shawn Hearn, with sessions for both the junior high and senior high squads. The junior high team is pictured working on tackling form and this year the member of the Tribe have a new tool—the tackling tire. The tire is used to teach the heads-up form of tackling, key to reducing head and neck injuries in young athletes.
