Jimmy Ray Wilson
Jimmy Ray Wilson, of Holcomb, Mo., passed away October 15, 2018, at Piggott Community Hospital, Piggott, Ark., at the age of 77 years, eight months and 11 days. The son of the late Charley Wilson and Mae (Smithson) Wilson, he was born February 4, 1941, in Gibson, Mo.
He married Kay Lutes on Aug. 1, 1960, in Kennett, Mo., and she survives.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Thomas Wilson, Billy Wilson and Charles Wilson; and three sisters, Rocina Parker, Christina Sellers and Irene Wilson.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Jamie (Kelly) Wilson of Piggott, Ark. and Jason (Rhonda) Wilson of Duette Fla.; two grandchildren, Logan Wilson of Smyrna Tenn. and Reed Wilson of Piggott; along with other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, at the McDaniel Funeral Home, Kennett, Mo. A memorial service will follow at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, with Bro. Charles Richardson officiating.
McDaniel Funeral Service, of Kennett, is charged with the arrangments.
