Kenneth Grubb, 72, of Corning, Ark., passed away January 21, 2019, at his home.
Mr. Grubb retired from Clay County Electric Cooperative after 22 years. He proudly served in the U.S. National Guard. His favorite hobbies included training and riding horses and mules, and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Corning.
On July 3, 1965, he married Pat (Godber) Grubb, and she survives.
Other survivors include his children, Terry (Regina) Grubb and Tammy (Chris) Ballard of Corning; brothers, Len and Owen Grubb, both of Shreveport, La.; sisters, Velma Jean Hayes and Linda Kay Olgesby, both of Shreveport, La.; his grandchildren, Matthew, Lonnie, Kassie and Amber; great-grandchildren Lilly, Izzy, Trevor, Whitney and Kaleb; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Lena (Lawrence) Grubb; a sister, Marcell Harris; and granddaughter, Rachel Ballard.
Visitation will held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Ermert Funeral Home in Corning. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Bro. Cam Stevens officiating. Burial will be in Moark Cemetery in Corning.
