Juanita Haley, 90, of Piggott, Ark., passed away March 16, 2020, at the Piggott General Baptist Nursing Home in Piggott.
She was born on March 1, 1930, in Carryville, Ark., and was the daughter of Charlie and Ozzie (Grissom) Turner.
Juanita was united in marriage to Stanley Clifton "Red" Haley on Dec. 27, 1948.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Turner; mother, Ozzie Turner; husband, Stanley Clifton "Red" Haley, Jr.; daughter, Pam Haley; brothers, Jack Turner, Darrell Turner and Frankie Turner; and sisters, Faye McGee and Lillian Woods.
Juanita was a member of the Church of Christ and enjoyed sewing and did alterations for many in the community over the years.
Survivors include her son, Rickey Haley and wife Donna of Rector, Ark.; grandchildren, Chris Tarno and wife Heather of Piggott, Amber Harrell and husband Michael of Piggott, Heather Masingale and husband Jason of Paragould, Ark.; great- grandchildren, Sydney and fiance' Skyler, Holden, Bailey, Emma, Cade and fiance' Lexi, Micha and Colt; a brother, Aldion Turner of Piggott; sisters, Jean Moore of Piggott, Charlene Allen of Rector and Dora Lee Sample; along with many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, at the Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home, in Piggott, with Bro. Jerry Morgan officiating. Burial is in Piggott Cemetery in Piggott. Pallbearers will be Holden Tarno, Cade Harrell, Michael Harrell, Jason Masingale, Greg Moore and Mike Morgan. Hoggard and Sons Funeral Home, of Piggott, is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, and will continue until the time of the service, at the funeral home.
