PHS football holds “Night of Champions”
On Tuesday, July 25, the Mohawk football held a “Night of Champions” weightlifting event with a great turnout of parents and the public rooting the boys on. The players were pumped and ready and many personal records were broken. Senior Manuel Bare lifted the heaviest weight of 345 pounds.

Golf tournament set
The sixth annual Mohawk Football Golf Tournament is set for Thursday, July 27, at the Sugar Creek Country Club and is being hosted by the Piggott Mohawk Football Boosters. Tee off is set for 9 a.m. with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. The event is a 18 hole four-person scramble and is limited to 18 teams. Lunch will be provided.
