Kenneth Dale Milde
Kenneth Dale Milde, 81, of Piggott, Ark., passed away October 12, 2022, at his home.
He was born on August 27, 1941, in Greenway, Ark., and was the son of the late Carl James and Flora Ellen (Jones) Milde.
He was preceded in death by his wife Alma Milde; brothers-in-law, Will Iberg, Dallas Hatcher, Loren Marks, and James Loveless; sister-inlaw, Barbara Milde; brother, Donald Milde; and sister, Mary Loveless.
Dale was a hard worker. He loved working and he had many jobs over the years including truck driving for Rogers Produce, and building and maintenance worker for Chicago Rawhide and CAI Barrington. He spent many hours completing Word Search puzzles. He also enjoyed driving in the country looking at farms and going to the coffee shop at 5 a.m. with his friends. He was a goodhearted man and would help anyone in need.
Dale is survived by his daughter, Jackie Cole of Clinton, Illinois and Kim Manchester of Illinois; two grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren; siblings; Carlene Iberg of Piggott, Gwenda Hatcher of Cartersville, Georgia, David Milde and wife Ruthie of Mariette, Georgia, Barbara Marks of West Frankfort, Illinois,
Brenda Tippitt and husband Richard of Piggott, and Linda Gearhart and husband Jim of Piggott; special friends, Gary Ellis and Charlotte Wilhite; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. The family cannot say enough kind words about the care, compassion, and love shown to Dale by the Legacy Hospice staff.
Graveside Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Mitchell Cemetery in Greenway, Ark., with Richard Tippitt and Bro. Jack Cole officiating. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Children’s Home in Paragould, Arkansas, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
