Tommy married Nancy Lee Rust, of Rector, Ark., March 29, 1956, at the age of 18 and they enjoyed 64 years of marriage, their close bond only growing stronger with time.
Tommy graduated from Memphis State University and served in the United States Air Force four years after graduation, achieving the rank of Captain. He loved and took great pride in his family and enjoyed fishing, boating and gardening. He loved traveling with Nancy, and other friends and family, all across the U.S. and to dozens of countries on five continents, visiting many favorites over-and-over again.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J.D. and Pebble Clevenger.
