NEA HR Director, Tonja Gibson, explained the various work schedules and benefits available at Anchor. “While some employees work full-time, others work during the summers only and go to school during the rest of the year. We are very flexible.” “You can get good experience and learn life skills with us.” she added. Processing Manager, Kevin Lowe, offered, “You want to like what you do. We are a very family oriented place.” All seven guests shared a little about their positions in the company and reasons they enjoyed working there. “We appreciate Anchor’s enthusiasm for sharing information about their company with us,” commented RHS career coach Kathy Fowler.
