Graduation held at PHS
Piggott High School Class of 2026 held their commencement on Saturday, May 23 at 10 a.m. with the gym packed with family, friends and fellow students. Class members were presented with an array of scholarships and awards as well as the much anticipated diplomas.

Jacob Holmes named 2026 College of Engineering Outstanding Senior at UofA
Jacob Holmes, a senior in the Department of Industrial Engineering, has been named the 2026 College of Engineering Outstanding Senior at the U of A. The college presents this honor each year to a graduating senior whose dedication to campus and the engineering profession reflect the values of the college.

Mohawks compete at District
On Monday, April 27, the Mohawk track team competed at the Senior High District Track Meet in Pocahontas. The girls finished as District Runner-up for the second consecutive year in the 2A-3 Conference and the boys placed fourth.
