Arkansas Arts Council recognizes Rector native Joel Boyd
Joel Boyd, a Rector native, was one of 16 artists honored Thursday, Feb. 5 with an Individual Artist Fellowship Award from the Arkansas Arts Council. The ceremony was held at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center in Little Rock.

RHSSHOF recognizes Class of 2025 inductees
Rector High School Sports Hall of Fame recognized the Class of 2025 during the RHS homecoming game against Riverside held Friday, Jan. 16. The group received their commemorative, engraved plaques, which they placed in the trophy case located in the mezzanine of the Rector gym, by RHSSHOF member Jim Speer.
