Piggott Health System welcomes Moses to Campbell Medical Clinic

Piggott Health System recently hired Nurse Practitioner, Matthew Moses, to see patients at the Campbell Medical Clinic in Campbell, Mo. Moses is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over twelve years of experience and is excited to work in his hometown of Campbell. He comes from a family of nurses; his mother and father are both RNs and his sister is also a Family Nurse Practitioner. Moses says “Pediatrics are always my favorite. I love working with kids”. He joins Dr. Sheridan, Dr. Beach and Dana Cooper, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the Campbell Medical Clinic, a Rural Health Clinic providing primary adult and pediatric care, vaccinations, wellness exams, physicals for work and school, laboratory and radiology services, DOT exams, and same-day sick visits.

Clay County Extension Service offering annual pesticide applicator training

The Clay County Extension Service is offering its annual pesticide applicator training at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, at the Extension office located at 148 East Main in Piggott. The training is required for agriculture producers to qualify for license to purchase restricted pesticides. The class costs $20 and those interested must be present for the entire training session to be certified for a license from the Arkansas State Plant Board.
