Annual Ryan Rogers Memorial Chili Cook-off and Supper set
The aroma coming from the Crockett Multi-Purpose Room, the sound of familiar chatter among friends, the placement of tasting cups at the contestants’ spots – all part of the Ryan Rogers Memorial Chili Cook-Off to be held Saturday Feb. 22, the last Saturday in February. Doors open at 6 p.m. at the Rector Community Center.

Minton, Massey named to TRC Dean’s List
Three Rivers College has released its Dean’s List for the fall 2024 semester which included Sierra Minton and Annalee Massey of Piggott. The honor is awarded to students taking 12 or more credit hours in a semester, who achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or above. Dean’s List honors are also used at graduation to help determine eligibility for honors or highest honors.

Local students named to A-State Chancellor’s and Dean’s List
Students on the Chancellor’s and Dean’s Lists for the fall 2024 semester at Arkansas State University have been announced. The lists recognize undergraduate students who achieved the highest gradepoint averages while completing a minimum of 12 credit hours of study.
