Linda Mae King

Linda Mae King, 75, of Piggott, Ark., passed away July 29, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on September 14, 1946, in Clinton, Ind., and was the daughter of Perry and Olive (Hill) White.

Linda was united in marriage to Arthur King on November 17, 2001.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Charles James Sr.; father, Perry Bennett White; mother, Olive Mae Hill; daughter, Rita Lynn Ollis; and grandson, James Allen Hensley.

Linda is survived by her two daughters, Betty (Rodney) Bounds of Piggott and Traci Renee (Steve) Blascoe of Piggott; three sons, Perry (Sherry) Bammerlin of Piggott, Charles Lee (Mary) James of New York, and Larry James of Missouri; eighteen grandchildren: Perry Hensley, Kandy Chitwood, Samantha Bammerlin, Brittney Bammerlin, Jenipher Hensley, William James, Caroline Myers, Preston James, Ashley Ollis, Nathan Conyers, Andrew Conyers, Larry (Buddy) James, Jessica Richardson, Tyler James, Brayden James, Charlie James, Amanda James, Jordan Blascoe; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 4, 2022, at the Hoggard & Sons Chapel in Piggott, with Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Pollard, Ark. Pallbearers will be Preston James, Nathan Conyers, Andrew Conyers, Buddy James, Perry Hensley and Jordan Blascoe. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, in Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home in Piggott.
