Will Lipsey,a sophomore at Piggott High School,recently competed at the 83rd annual Arkansas State Fair held in Little Rock Oct. 13-22. Lipsey received first place in his class of registered short horn bulls and received Reserved Grand Champion of bulls in his class. He is the son of Travis and Katie Lipsey of Piggott.
