The PHS Jazz Band traveled to Nettleton High School on Saturday, April 20 to perform in the Arkansas Jazz Educators 2024 State Jazz Festival. They received an “Excellent” rating from all three judges making them the highest rated 3A Jazz Band in Arkansas! They will be playing the same selections,“Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”,“Mr.Blue Sky”,and“Hooked on a Feeling”, at their spring concert set for 2 p.m. Sunday, May 5 at Piggott High School.
