Winning the State championship in football is the favorite school memory of Carter Hill. He plans to attend Arkansas State University to earn a degree in mechanical engineering. Carter played football, baseball and basketball. He was in math club, science club, pep club and student council. He volunteered at the Rector Food Pantry, Labor Day Picnic, RHS concession stand and Neighbor2Neighbor. Carter was All-State in football, All Conference in football, received the Teammate award in football, was on the honor roll, in the National Honor Society, Everfi Financial Literacy certified and received a platinum level career readiness certificate. Carter would like to be remembered as a good person and a hard worker. He is the son of Corbin and Shannon Hill.
