Autumn Dawn Benson, 48 of Gatewood, Mo., passed from this life on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at her residence. She was born on January 9, 1976 in Kennett, Mo., to Kenneth E. and Rita Jean Scott Lawrence.

Autumn was strong willed and never gave up. She always put her family first and even through tough times never lost her faith.

She was preceded in death by her son: Christan Noel Lawrence.

Autumn is survived by her parents: Kenneth and Rita Lawrence of Rector; her lov-ing husband: Donald Benson of Gatewood, Mo.; her daughter: Elizabeth Grace Benson; brother: Ryan and Dixie Lawrence of Paragould; sister: Amber and Mark Main of Colt, Ark.; along with a host of other special relatives and friends.

Visitation was held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at the Irby-Mitchell Funeral Home in Rector. Funeral services followed at 2 p.m. Burial was at Mary’s Chapel Cemetery.
