Bonnie Joe Lovins Carter, died on November 4, 2022, at 76 years of age. She was a resident of Rector, Ark. Bonnie spent some of her free time reading, working jigsaw puzzles and taking long walks when the Arkansas weather permitted.

Bonnie leaves behind her three sons; Arnold Keith Lovins, Scottie Wayne Carter and Jody Allen Carter, with two daughters-in-law Tammy Lovins and Denise Lingenfelter; her grandchildren, Linda Leone Lovins-McCaulla, Amanda Corine Lovins, Zachary Keith Lovins, Seth Joesph Lovins (and wife Alicia Lovins) and Ashley Napoleon; greatgrandchildren, Kaleb McCaulla, Jordan McCaulla, Luke McCaulla, Jaxon Colascco, Aria Colascco and Micheal Lovins, along with multiple nephew and nieces as well.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband Bennie Wayne Carter, mother LaWonda Bell-Lovins-Songer, and father Joseph (Joe) Lovins.

There will be no services per Bonnie’s wishes. So please take a moment to remember the good times that was had with her, rest in peace Mom.
