Bryan Dollins, 45, of Piggott, Arkansas, passed away February 28, 2025, at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott.
He was born on March 5, 1979, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and was the son of Doyle “Buck” and Gail (Blankenship) Dollins.
Bryan was a remarkable son, brother, uncle, and friend. He took great pride in being an owner of the family land leveling business that had long been a significant part of his life. He had a passion for fishing and hunting and appreciated the beauty of the great outdoors, making every trip a memorable adventure. Additionally, he was an avid collector of baseball cards, treasuring the stories and memories that each card represented. Bryan had many hobbies he enjoyed. He often spent weekends shooting pool, playing video games, and loved the excitement of cheering on Cardinals baseball and Razorback football.
The affection he had for his nieces and nephews was profound and unwavering, and his vibrant personality, combined with his infectious laugh, endeared him to everyone he met. Whether in moments of joy or in the everyday interactions of life, Bryan truly brought light and laughter to all who knew him, and his absence will undoubtedly be felt deeply by many.
Bryan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jr. and Mary Blankenship; paternal grandparents, Ted and Mary Dollins, and numerous other relatives who touched his life.
He is survived by his loving parents, Doyle (Buck) and Gail Dollins; his younger brother, Craig Dollins and wife Caitlin; his sister, Tiffany Hill and husband Robert; several aunts and uncles, Keith and Rhonda Blankenship, David and Pam Blankenship, Jean Blankenship, Jerry and Jeannene Dollins, Teresa and Tim Cassinger, Linda and Shorty Layton, and Patsy and Rudy Knolton. Bryan also leaves behind his adored nieces and nephews: Blasen, Addilynn, and Emerson Dollins, Blake Branson, Emmett and AbiGail Hill; many other relatives and countless friends, who will miss him dearly.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Piggott, Arkansas, with Bro. Herb Ellis and Bro. Kevin Murray officiating. Burial was in Cummins Chapel Cemetery in Pollard, Arkansas. Pallbearers were Chris Moore, Clint Cox, Kaleb Beutel, Ben Sisson, Mike Kelly, and Jason Causey. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott was in charge of the arrangements. Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
