Poll worker training set

Poll worker training for Clay County will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, at the Piggott Community Center with the second training set for Saturday, Feb. 33, at 1 p.m. at the M.B. Ainley Community Center in Corning. Other trainings will be Tuesday afternoon, April 12, and Thursday afternoon, April 14, at 3:30 at the Corning Warehouse. It is noted that you must attend only one of the two trainings to be certified to work the polls for any election during the next two years. PHS Spanish Club holds contest

Piggott High School Spanish Club recently announced the winners of their Fall Door Decorating Contest. First place winners were Erica Burns’MAP group, second place was awarded to Jeri Swann’s MAP class and third place was awarded to Coach Scott Dodd’s MAP students.
