The Piggott High School class of 1968 will hold a reunion from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, at the Piggott Diner. The event is casual at-tire and buffet will be available for purchase for those attending. “We look forward to seeing you there,” commented a class member.
Opening day of the Piggott Farmer’s Market is set for Friday, May 9 at the First National Bank Pavilion. Shoppers will find produce, baked goods, goat milk soap, crafts and much more. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Liberty Hill Cemetery will host its annual decoration day on Saturday, May 3. A business meeting will start at 11 a.m. with a potluck dinner following at noon. Piggott Area Chamber of Commerce has been approved to host Bingo, which will be held the first Monday of each month beginning May 5 at the Piggott Community Center located at 161 E. Pfeiffer Street. Doors will open at 6 p.m. with games beginning at 6:30 p.m. Cash prizes are available and you must be 18 years of age or older to play.
