BRTC Board of Trustees announces quarterly meeting
The next meeting of the Black River Technical College (BRTC) Board of Trustees is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 9. The meeting will be held in the Pocahontas Room located in the Richard Gaines Business Technology Building on the Pocahontas campus.

Black River Technical College (BRTC) recently hosted a grand opening of the Mary Helen Jackson Children’s Reading Room inside the BRTC library. Approximately 60 people attended the grand opening thanking the Jacksons for their considerable donation to the BRTC student population.

Piggott students recognized during VIP Registration at WBU
WALNUT RIDGE,Ark. – Two high school seniors from Clay County officially enrolled at Williams Baptist University on Thursday, April 4, as part of a special ceremony known as VIP Registration. Alyssa Russell and Breana Scott shook the hand of Williams President Dr. Stan Norma as they received their academic scholarship to WBU, a reward 12 years in the making.
