The traditional Holiday Tour of Homes, sponsored by the Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum and Educational Center, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8.
To open the Rector Veterans Day program at the Rector Community Museum’s Ford Room, Mayor Shawn Brandon offered the welcome followed by Representative Jeremy Wooldridge who gave the devotional and inspirational statements in honor of all veterans. The audience participated in the Pledge of Allegiance and sang along with a video presentation of God Bless America.
Rector Community Center welcomes craft vendors and customers back to the annual Crafts Fair which includes products typically thought of as crafts along with products from vendors who operate cottage industries from their home.
