A Migratory Bird Habitat Training field day will be held Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 10 a.m. at the Corning Community Center. The event is being organized by Allison Howell, NRCS-Soil Conservationist along with Ducks Unlimited.

In the wake of the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene, the Rector Cougar 4H Club has stepped up to support relief efforts, working alongside Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company of Paragould to provide muchneeded supplies to affected areas in Virginia. The 4-H members rallied together to gather essential items such as food, water, clothing, and hygiene products, which will be transported to communities hardest hit by the hurricane.
