After spotting the unranked Augusta Red Devils a touchdown in the first series in the early kickoff and first conference game for the Cougars, Coach David Hendrix called the team into huddle for encouragement. The team responded and posted their own 6 points that tied the game.

Local golf teams compete in District Tournament
Piggott and Rector Golf teams recently competed in the District Tournament held at the Turkey Mountain Golf Course in Horseshoe Bend. Piggott student Mollie Coomer finished as District Tournament Overall Runner Up.
