Dear Santa, Thank you for my presents last year. This year I want a sit down Hooverboard that has the same seat that I have. Then I want an RC car and I want it to be an offroad RC car. I want it to be a drag race car. I want a Nintendo Switch, too. I can’t wait for Christmas.
Demolition derby planned Saturday
The last demolition derby action of the season will be featured Saturday evening in the arena of the Clay County Fairgrounds in Piggott. The excite-ment will begin at 6: 30 p. m. with the pee wee event while the main event will follow at 7. Admission is $ 10 for adults and $ 5 for kids ages six to 12, while kids five and under are admitted free. Pit passes are $ 15 and must be purchased at the back gate. There are no exceptions, and everyone in the pit area must have a pit pass. The public is also reminded to visit the concession stand, where they can enjoy an outstanding selection.
