Clinton C. Stinebrook, 95, of Millstadt, Illinois, born Sunday, March 16, 1930, in Piggott, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at his residence surrounded by family.
Clinton worked as a Locomotive Engineer for Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis. He was a member for 66 years and a Deacon for 60 years at Villa Hills Baptist Church in Belleville, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Stinebrook, mother, Dorothy Stinebrook, infant son, Mark Stinebrook, infant sister, Elsie Stinebrook, brothers, Neely Stinebrook, Vernon Stinebrook, George Stinebrook.
Surviving are his loving wife, Mary L. Stinebrook of Millstadt, Illinois; son, Ralph (Marie George) Stinebrook of St. Louis, Missouri; daughter, Cindy (James) Czech of Perryville, Missouri; sister, Catherine Stevens of Patton, Missouri; sister-in-laws, Sue Stinebrook of Carthridge, Missouri, and Frances Gibson of Piggott, Arkansas; grandchildren, Mary “Angie” (David) Mera, Nick (Renata) Stinebrook, Sierra (Mike) Zagarri, Sam (Macee Trice) Stinebrook, John (McKinley Bell) Stinebrook, Jake Stinebrook and Clark (Samantha Sinclair) Stinebrook; great grandchildren, Alex Zavala, Marco Zavala, Angelos “AJ” Zagarri, Charlie Zagarri, Dominick Stinebrook, Ella Rose Stinebook, Lucas Stinebrook and Beckham Stinebrook; great great grandson, Alex Zavala Jr.

Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, April 11, 2025 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, Illinois and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Villa Hills Baptist Church in Belleville, Illinois.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Villa Hills Baptist Church with Pastor Ray Brewer officiating. Interment followed at Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.
