Congratulations are in order to Rector Elementary student Landry Mabrey for winning Clay County Electric’s annual Christmas card contest. Each year students submit their designs for Christmas cards, and this year 142 submissions were received. “This is the first year RES students have participated, so we’re excited for one of our students to have the winning design!” commented a spokesperson at RES.
